Ela is a diversity & inclusion advocate, learning & development specialist and a trainer/facilitator with a commitment to promoting diversity, creating social change, and serving as a resource for results-driven communities. Ela formerly led the 4A’s practice focusing on programs that elevate workplace culture, raise consciousness, and build career pathways. Prior to that, she led the 4A’s Educational Partnerships, creating innovative strategies for programs designed to strengthen highschool career training with a focus on students of color. Ela has over ten years of experience as a trained facilitator, collaborating with organizations and teams seeking development in areas ranging from process management to leadership development, and diversity learning. Her prior experience in the political field has also informs her insight into community development and programming. Ela holds an MBA in Marketing from Saint Peter’s University and a BA in Political Science and Latino Studies from Rutgers University.
Sairalina Montesino, Esq

Sairalina is an employment discrimination / civil rights Attorney, making her a subject-matter expert in the full range of laws, statutes, and regulations that prohibit workplace discrimination. During the 10 years she served as a Trial Attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Sairalina represented the United States in the litigation of individual and systemic civil rights cases brought in Federal District Court. Sairalina has worked extensively analyzing EEO programs and providing guidance on the development and implementation of compliant policies and practices for employers of all sizes across all industries and sectors. Sairalina presently utilizes her comprehensive and specialized knowledge of EEO matters to promote organizational prosperity by preventing unlawful discrimination and advancing equal opportunity for all in the workplace. Sairalina is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Rutgers Business School.
